I am a Holistic Practitioner specializing for the past 15 years in individual, family, and therapeutic programs.

I specialize in parent and caregiver coaching, therapy across the lifespan, behavior intervention, and transformational life coaching.
I provide harm reduction education, preparation, sitting, and integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness. I have completed certification in Psychedelic-assisted Therapy.

Heather holds clinical licenses in counseling in the states of Pennsylvania, California, and Oregon. She is recognized as a National Board Certified Counselor and has completed advanced work in Pathological Demand Avoidance, Military and Veteran Care, and Psychedelic-assisted Psychotherapy.

Heather is a harm reduction volunteer, writer, yogi, combative martial artist, plant and animal lover who frequently travels to assist clients from coast to coast.
Heather’s therapeutic work centers on the identification of steps to “return to self,” while living authentically and unapologetically. Heather empowers people of all ages through her work, reminding herself daily that shadows often charge important lessons and grace is mandatory!
